Agreement to Terms:

By registering as a Student/Tutor on our website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Registration Charges:

No registration charges for students and tutors.

Tutor Registration:

First 2 months: NIHT takes 50% of fixed fees; the remaining 50% goes to the teacher.
Fees are paid at the end of the month, no advance payment.
Tutor applicants must provide current and permanent address proofs, along with educational qualifications from Higher Secondary to Highest Qualification.

Platform Usage:

NIHT allows students and tutors to connect through profiles.
Valid mobile number and email required at registration to ensure genuine interactions.
Profiles displaying irrelevant or illegal content are strictly prohibited.

Site Entry Denial:

We reserve the right to deny site access if terms & conditions are not followed.

Profile Details:

Students can immediately view details of tutors they are interested in.
Tutors can immediately see details of students who posted tuitions.

Limitation of Liability:

NIHT is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by members using the website.

Fee Revision and Terms Modification:

NIHT reserves the right to revise fees and modify terms and conditions without prior notice.

Free Will Acknowledgment:

Proceed only if you accept all conditions voluntarily and out of your free will.
